Six In / Six Out

Annual rate allows guests to leave their RV’s on-site year-round and occupy it up to six (consecutive) months during the year. The full yearly rate must be paid in advance to receive the reduced rate.
“Stay & Play”

Rate is offered April 1st through October 31stallowing guests to have their RV’s ‘stay’ on-site so they can ‘play’ up to 8 nights per month (2-month min stay required). Additional nights used are billed at $25/night. Nights unused month prior MAY NOT be rolled over to next month. (ALL CAMPERS MUST CHECK INTO THE OFFICE BY EITHER CALLING INTO THE OFFICE OR SENDING US A EMAIL)
MONTLY & ANNUAL RATES Electric charges are applicable. Current electric is billed at $0.12/kwh on the 1st of the month.
ANNUAL RATES Must be paid in full. (NO refunds are given for early departure and rent is not transferable with sale of rig.)
Storage

Storage rate is $10.00 per day or $60.00 per month.ALL BOATS AND TRAILERS MUST BE KEPT IN STORAGE, EXCLUDING PULL-THRU SITES.

  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
  • A maximum of 2 pets allowed. Rottweilers & Pit Bulls are not allowed.
  • Site rental includes one (1) vehicle plus one (1) RV per site. Additional vehicles must be parked in designated overflow parking. Check with the Manager for additional fees for extra vehicles.
  • WE DO NOT ALLOW TENT CAMPING. We do not allow FEMA TRAILERS. All RVs must be fully self-contained.
  • We do not allow window air conditioners on RVs.

* Long-Term Stays (longer than 1 month)
  • We require a one month security deposit for seasonal reservations or reservations lasting longer than a month. This security deposit is not refundable if you change your mind without giving us at least a 30 day notice.
  • Please be aware that your site rental starts on the day of the reservation whether you are actually here or not… no exceptions!

Reservation Policies
  • We take reservations months in advance as a courtesy to our guests. Because our guests depend on these reservations we cannot guarantee that your space will be available if you arrive early or want to extend your stay. Please make sure you clear any changes to your reservation with Management well in advance.
  • Please be aware that your site rental starts on the day of the reservation whether you are actually here or not…no exceptions!
  • Reservations must be secured with a credit card. See cancellation policies for any refunds. The amount required to secure your reservation will be equal to one day, week or month depending on the length of your reservation.
  • Guests with RVs over 15 years old should send a recent photo for approval.
  • Refunds: We maintain a NO REFUND policy.

Cancellation Policies
  • Need to cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call (361) 729-2307 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.
  • RV: 48 hours cancellation notice is required for daily stays and 30 days cancellation notice for weekly and monthly stays.

Pet Policies

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, Wilderness Oaks RV Resort has established the following guidelines:

  • Keep it clean: For sanitary reasons and just good manners, all pet waste must be picked up and properly discarded immediately.
  • Bring your helper: Service dogs are welcomed (leash and aggressive behavior rules apply).
  • Limited quantities: We allow a maximum of 2 pets per RV.
  • Good behavior is required: Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners. NOTE: As of January, 2016 we are no longer allowed to accept Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
  • Leashed, not loose: Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and pets should not be allowed to enter other campers’ sites.
  • Remember manners: Constant barking/noise bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations.
  • Pets love company: So please do not leave them unattended
